The service staff is very friendly. The hotel environment is also very good. However, the facilities in the room are too old, and the food tastes average. Airport pick-up service is provided. It seems that no one maintains the tennis court and mini golf course.

This hotel in Hurghada is a true paradise on earth! We had an amazing vacation here and can’t wait to come back. The food is absolutely delicious! with a huge selection of local and international dishes, fresh fruits, aromatic spices, and desserts. The hotel gardens are breathtaking – lush greenery, exotic flowers, and beautifully maintained pathways make you feel like you’re in an oasis. And the beach? Golden sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. There’s no way to get bored here! Malak Farang, the Food and beverage Coordinator, organized the perfect romantic dinner for my girlfriend's birthday last May. He went above and beyond on the preparations, crafted a beautiful photo collage, and the dinner set-up was just perfect!
